Nilantha Bandara is the Deputy General Manager at Brandix Intimates as well as an outboard and inbound trainer for ten years. He is also a toastmaster since 2013 and currently holds a position as Immediate Past President of Siyane Toastmasters Club. The club consists of 60 members and they train them to achieve different levels in their leadership journey like advance communicator Gold and Advance leadership Gold through the journey of becoming a distinguished toastmaster. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belter (LSSBB) from USA and completed his Bachelors from University of Kelaniya.
